Rehearsals (top)
VIRTUAL REHEARSAL
​
If you are unable to attend in-person, you will be provided with a Zoom link to attend virtually. If you plan on performing in the concert at the end of the semester, please limit virtual rehearsals to when you are under the weather or out of town.
IN PERSON REHEARSAL
​
Be attentive, receptive and quiet during rehearsals. Our amazing director is committed to helping all of us achieve our best. If you're not listening, you'll miss out. If you're talking, people around you may not be able to hear. Please be courteous to them as well.
Attend every rehearsal. If you’re absent more than three times, you may be asked to not perform in the concert. If you must be absent, notify Thomas Safer.

Be on time. You don’t want to miss anything by being late. Silence your phone during rehearsal. Bring a pencil to make notations on you music.
Do not (if at all possible) wear perfume to rehearsal in consideration of members with respiratory allergies

Music Folders (top)
If you do not yet have a folder for your music, or need a new one, you can purchase one from MyMusicFolders.com or any retailer of your choice.

You may also choose to download and read sheet music on an iPad. They will be permitted for the concert. Please take off any bright or distracting colored cases. If the iPad is a bright color, please use a black case.

For use with Deluxe Choir Folders, Choir Binders or Royale Choral Folders.
These octavo holders are used to secure your sheet music octavos in three ring binders in Deluxe Choir Folders, Choir Binder, or Royale Choral Folders without hole punching them and clip securely into three ring adapter. To use, simply slide the pages of your octavo through the wide slot with the holes facing toward the back of the octavo. When the flat octavo holder is at the center of your book, you’ll be able to clip it in the three ring adapter of your music folder.

Our required "look" is a full length and long sleeve, black garment, closed toes black shoes, and black stockings. Arms must be covered so your dress either has to have long sleeves or you can wear a top / jacket / etc. to cover your arms. Be sure to avoid anything too tight or revealing. We want to look put together and classy (something you would wear to a formal event). Option to wear a pearl necklace and pearl earrings.
